"Our stay in Fairhope was
lovely. The accommodations here are beautiful and the view unbelievable. We hope to return
sometime in the near future. This was our first trip to check out possible retirement
locations. While here, we traveled to the Gulf Shore area and Panama City and Pensacola
and came away thinking Fairhope is the prettiest by far and certainly the least
commercial. Thanks for the opportunity to have a home away from home for our five day
visit. The ambience was refreshing and relaxing." "My grandson, Brandon, and I have enjoyed
a wonderful vacation at Away At The Bay. I 'discovered' it last winter during a short stay
in Fairhope - It's difficult to express my feelings about Fairhope (I'm a native of Mobile
and have heartstrings tied to both shores). And now, to my pleasant associations, I have
added Glenda and 'Clearly' and their lovely children. Such a fine place is Away At The
Bay. So intelligently planned and decorated! We have enjoyed our middle apartment,
the sunset in our front yard, the excitement of the possibility of a Jubilee and Southern

At The Bay has been our home away from home from the start. Our visit here is all we had
hoped for and more. The view so peaceful and quiet, the sunsets spectacular. So many
places to see and wonderful places to eat. We hope to come back here for a longer visit

the moldings in the apartment; to the oak doors; to the refreshing view; to the quiet
neighborhood; to the friendly beagle - everything was perfect! you can be assured this
will be the place we run away to when 'real life' demands a vacation. Thanks again for

that passed by like a week. The quality of our Apartment, crown moldings, solid wood
doors, architectural design as well as the tasteful decorating, had made it a therapeutic
